The Glenn Crytzer Orchestra is the world's foremost professional big band specializing in the music of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s.

Praised for the unparalleled authenticity of their sound, the band is an elite aggregation of some of the world’s most prominent vintage-jazz specialists. Their superlative musicianship and unbridled swing is fueled by each musician's genuine love for playing pre-war jazz, making every performance one to remember.

Journalists have lauded the GCO as sounding like "refugees from the 1940s" and dubbed Glenn "New York's New King of Swing." The band was honored by Hot House Jazz Magazine with the Award for Best Group in their 2017 'fans decide' poll, and their recordings have been licensed by Disney, ABC, WGN, the CBC, Blumhouse, and countless others for TV shows and films seeking an authentic 'period' sound.

The GCO's repertoire includes the music of artists like Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Jean Goldkette,  Paul Whiteman and many more. Additionally the GCO carries the torch forward for swing music, performing and recording new songs and arrangements composed in the vintage idiom by band leader and award-winning composer Glenn Crytzer.
